Minasangay Island I Eastern Samar

Mr. Sun is getting out much longer every single day so it's gala time! Matagal na nakwekwento ni Emil sakin about a cliff that they would jump to. Madalas daw sila dun before and he wanted to take me there. So we decided to just go, just the two of us.We of course, used the motorcycle and I think the ride was a little over 15 minutes so malapit lang siya. We drove through a mangrove and at the end there is a place where you can park your vehicles and then the main gate. At the main gate we payed for the entrance fee which is just 10.00 pesos, ang mura diba? When we got inside, there is a sign there that says Minasangay Island then we crossed a little hanging bridge. There are some cottages that you can rent if you're coming with a group. We didn't need it because it's just the two of us and we weren't planning on staying to long, mag-lalakad lakad lang kami. There are different stages or heights were you can jump, the first stage is for those who are a littl...

Guiuan I Eastern Samar

Finally, the clouds and rain decided to have a break and let Mr. Sun do his thing and we can finally go to Guian. My mother-in-law to be, Nanay Letty had been itching to go there. Niyaya niya na kami bago pa kami makauwi sa probinsya and they're just waiting for us. We planned it on a Sunday because they want to visit a church in Sulangan and have the new motorcycles blessed. We all know that is not a good combination. Our estimated travel hours is 4 hours so to catch the first mass, we left the house at 3:30 am so it was seriously dark and I was actually scared to film because they believe in a lot of enchanted stories there and I don't really want to take chances. Besides, there is nothing really to see in the dark and it was all trees, sea and mountains. Daylight was coming when we got to...

My little family and I we're at Borangan, Eastern Samar for almost a month and we just took the bus to go there. We haven't had the time to book a flight even though we planned this trip 3 months early and as we all know booking a flight 4 days before you actually go can be a bit expensive I think it will cost us more than 2000 each depending on the day and time while bus ticket cost only 1500 including the ferry ticket and we got a discount of 200 each because Emil knew ticket seller. I'm fine travelling more than 24 hours as long as it is a smooth travel. Although it was a little bit tough this time because we didn't bought a ticket for an extra sit for Peace. Since she's a little grown up already it was hard carrying her in my lap. Emil and I took turns in carrying her, sometimes I squeeze her in besides the window so she won't get bored much. I didn't let her watch videos on her Ipad bacause I was worried she might get dizzy and sick baby in a ...
